Service Description
A deeply restorative treatment combining therapeutic massage, cranial acupressure, and subtle energy work to support full-body regulation and emotional reset. Designed for periods of overwhelm, burnout, emotional fatigue, or transition, this extended session works gently across the physical, mental, and energetic layers of the body. Beginning with a full-body massage to release muscular tension and calm the nervous system, the treatment then moves into focused head therapy and Reiki energy work to encourage grounding, clarity, and integration. Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, more present, and deeply reconnected to themselves. Best for: burnout, emotional fatigue, nervous system overload, deeper reset.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance settled on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a future booking. Changes made within 48–24 hours will result in the deposit being retained. Appointments cancelled or amended within 24 hours will be charged in full. In the unlikely event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled by us, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative time that suits you. Thank you for respecting the time and care held for each session.
