MASSAGE

My Massage Style

REMEDIAL, PAIN RELIEVING, RELAXING

Specialising in restorative massage, I combine various massage techniques to help relieve pain, relax and re-energise the body and mind.

I am trained in various massage styles including Swedish massage, Indian head massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger point therapy and manual lymphatic drainage massage.

Using a mixture of these various techniques in my massage sessions I help relieve chronic pain, promote faster healing from physical injury, and reduce symptoms of a wide variety of illnesses and ailments.

My clients come to me when they want to feel like they want a 'proper' massage - which means finding and eeking out those irksome, hard to reach knots - while still feeling the benefits of a relaxing massage experience you might look for at a spa.  If a cold clinical perfunctory 'no pain no gain' massage is what you're after then I'm probably not the best fit for you!

I find the best results to healing are when both the body and mind are in a relaxed state and so I naturally infuse a sense of calm, peace, and tranquility into my treatment and space.

Each treatment is always adapted to suit your needs, making it a specialised treatment unique for you.

"I have been getting regular massages for over 25 years and Sacha is one of the very best. I used to get regular leg cramps from my diabetes but since I started seeing her these have now stopped. Her ability to find all my trigger points Every time and tailor my treatments to suit is amazing. I don’t go anywhere else now. Give her a visit, you won’t be disappointed."

"Never put off your massage until tomorrow if you can get it today"
