Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is a specialised form of treatment that has powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving & immunological boosting effects.

 

It is not really massage in the traditional sense, though it uses a light, gentle, rhythmic therapeutic touch to encourage the lymphatic system to function more efficiently.
