Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked up to 30 days in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance settled on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a future booking. Changes made within 48–24 hours will result in the deposit being retained. Appointments cancelled or amended within 24 hours will be charged in full. In the unlikely event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled by us, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative time that suits you.
