Service Description
Your body is a powerful centre of intelligence but is often usurped by the mind. When the chatter of the mind and the external world becomes too loud, there comes with it disconnect from your body's wisdom. This can exhibit as feeling lost, ill at ease, harried, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and struggling to make helpful decisions for yourself. You become aware of chronic aches, pains, ailments and health concerns, as your body tries to get your attention. This healing therapy session works on the physical and energetic level. It aims to reconnect You to your Body; to bridge the gap from head to heart, to bring your awareness back to your centre, your Self, so you can begin to think, feel, and move through life with more ease, certainty, decisiveness and peace. What to expect We begin with my signature Soma-Ka Deep relaxation full body massage finishing at the head. We complete the treatment with an extended cranial acupressure massage, and Reiki energy healing. Treatment time is approximately 105 minutes, with time before and after the treatment for consultation and changing. You will likely experience a deep sense of relaxation, decompression, lightness and clarity and peace that you may not have felt for a long time... if ever. The state of mind this type of therapy induces allows the body to access its natural rest and repair state, and the mind can relax, and open up allowing the wisdom of the soul to flow through bringing in new ideas, inspiration and solutions. After the treatment The healing process that is activated during treatment will continue for the next 24-72 hours so allow yourself to rest, process and be gentle with yourself. I recommend having a beautiful notebook or journal handy for writing down any insights, images, ideas or thoughts that come through during this time.
Cancellation Policy
You can now book your appointment up to 30 days in advance. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. If a treatment is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours prior to an appointment then a 50% deposit will be retained. If your appointment is cancelled or amended within 24 hours of the appointment time then the full upfront payment will be retained. If for any reason we need to reschedule your appointment, we will notify you with as much notice as possible and endeavour to reschedule to a similar day and time as the original booking. We appreciate your cooperation with the above cancellation policy.
