Redeem online: If redeeming online enter the card number shown on your Gift Card. To redeem the Gift Card online, enter the card number in the discount code box at check out. For Treatments held at 38 Ferndale Avenue, Wallsend, NE28 7NE only.
Please be aware when redeeming online that the Gift Card provides a single use code that can only be redeemed once, in a single online transaction. Therefore, unfortunately, if the final payment amount is lower than the Gift Card value, any unused balance will be lost.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change given.
