Please take the time to read through the following policy prior to attending your appointment.
CLIENT GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Keep personal belongings to a minimum.
Keep your keys and phone in your bag, wear simple clothing that is easy to remove for the treatment and ensure that all jewellery is removed prior to your appointment (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, watch).
Bring a small bottle of water with you.
This is for you to hydrate before and after your treatment.
Wear a mask to your appointment
and maintain social distancing before and after your treatment.
Sanitise your hands
Before handling communal buzzers, door handles and handrails,
on arrival and after your treatment.
Arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are early, please wait outside until your appointment time.
If you are running over 15 mins late, please get in touch so we can reschedule if needed.
Scan the NHS QR code* on arrival.
The NHS Covid-19 Test and Trace App QR code will be displayed on a poster at the door.
PLEASE DO NOT COME IF:
you feel sick or have a temperature.
you have any signs or symptoms of a cough, fever, cold, runny nose, loss or change of smell or taste, new diarrhoea or abdominal pain, or any signs of feeling unwell for 14 days.
you have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19,
you are awaiting test results or have bee advised to self isolate.
Please call to reschedule your appointment as soon as you can.
*NHS TEST & TRACE
As of 24th September 2020, therapists have been asked to provide a QR code to scan to your NHS Covid-19 test and trace app, upon arrival for all treatments.
Please download the app before your next appointment if you haven't already, provided you have a smart phone.
You are not obliged to use the NHS QR code, but the more people who support the official NHS system, the better those in our local community will be protected.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Treatments
Client appointments will be spaced out to allow for full sanitisation and ventilation of the treatment room therefore available appointment times will be more limited.
Forms
New clients will be asked to complete a digital consultation form prior to your first appointment instead of the usual paper form. All clients will be required to complete a Covid questionnaire prior to each appointment.
Payments
If booking online, you can pay by Card or Paypal.
I also accept Bank Transfer and cash payments when booking directly with myself.
All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking.
